Bahamas Beach Party

I am writing to find out how many people would be interested in traveling to an island in the Bahamas for a Beach “house music” party. This party will include some of the Bahamas local DJ’s and Tampa’s local talent. After researching prices and deals for “individual prices,” I have concluded that this trip could cost as low as $500 (airfare and hotel included), minus food and whatever recreational activities one may be interested in. The main purpose of this message is to determine how many people are willing and able to travel, so that we can develop discounted rates for airfare and hotel stay.
